Our normal preachers can use different methods to get their slide decks to us:

Using the WorshipTools Planner application

They may upload it as an attachment in Planner. If this is the case you will need to:

• open Planner on the Presenter PC
• download the attachment
• upload it into Presenter

Uploading to Teams

Some Teams folders are synced to the Presenter PC, so are available directly through File Explorer.

• Open File Explorer and look for the Christ Central Redhill folder (Offices icon)
• The preacher should have created a folder for the week under AV Team – Live Streaming / 01. Streaming
• The PowerPoint file should be in this folder
