We have a range of rooms and facilities available to hire – from a single desk to a multi-camera conference facility with live streaming.
Please note :
- The rooms are available for ‘dry-hire’; you only pay for use of the space (including tables and chairs), which allows you the freedom to set up and run your event in your own way. (the exception is the Studio, which is hired with a Technician.)
- Refreshments are not provided. However, you have access to a kitchen space where you can prepare light refreshments.
- The room capacities given are for guidance only. We recommend a personal visit to the venue to ascertain if it is suitable for the nature of your booking and the numbers involved.
- Additional charge. There may be an additional charge for evening bookings if a staff member is required to come out to lock up the building at the end of your booking.
- Notice period – any bookings made after 12pm Wednesday for the same week may not be accepted due to the Bookings Office being staffed part time

Hot Desks
Smart desks available daily with air-conditioning, WiFi, printing & scanning. (£15 per day, £65 per week, £200 per month)
Warehouse + Den Rooms
Adding the Den to Warehouse increases capacity and adds a side room. (£75 Full day, £50 Half day)
Semple Room
An air-conditioned room for up to 25 guests when in theatre layout. (£90 Full day, £50 Half day)
Gyles Room
A medium sized room for up to 15 guests. (£70 Full day, £40 Half day).
Please note: Gyles Room is not currently available for booking due to an on-going booking.
Hope Room (previously Hanley)
A medium sized room for up to 12 guests. (£70 Full day, £40 Half day)
Spurgeon Room
Our largest and best equipped room for when you need to impress an audience in a professional setting. (£200 Full day, £100 Half day)
Spurgeon Room + Studio
This package is ideal for meetings that have a mixture of in-person and remote attendees. (£500 Full day, £300 Half day inc Technician)
