Financially supporting the work of Christ Central
Our ministry is funded by the generosity of the church family. The three main ways of giving are explained below. If you have any questions, please contact Leigh at finance@christ-central.org.uk.
Mission Giving
For 2 months every year (March and October) we have a very specific focus for our giving, where we look to bless, encourage, and practically support the church locally, nationally, and internationally, by targeting specific projects or people. In recent years, our March giving has supported members of our family who are working in other parts of the world, and other national and international charities who work towards the same aims as us. Our October giving has supported local initiatives eg a local foodbank, Sparkfish and our own outreach work.
Online
One of the easiest ways to give to Christ Central is online. Click “give online” to make a one-off donation, or set up a regular donation.
Through your bank
You can set up or amend a standing order, or make a one off donation via your bank. Log into your online banking, or visit your local branch with our bank account details.

On a Sunday
When we are meeting together in person on a Sunday, you can give by cash or cheque by placing your giving in the wooden box on the wall.
If you want to give using your debit or credit card there is a tablet and card reader near the entrance.
Gift Aid
If you pay Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in the UK, we can claim 25p on every £1 you donate through the Gift Aid scheme. To permit us to do this, please fill out our gift aid form and email it to us at finance@christ-central.org.uk. If you have given online or via text and have completed the Gift Aid Declaration there, you don’t need to fill out a separate Gift Aid Form.
