Our main leadership is an eldership team (pastors) of five men who, along with our deacons and Connect group leaders, care for the church.
Nik & Claire Ball
Nik took on the responsibility of leading the eldership team in May 2011. He started working part time for the church officially at that point. In addition, he is the CEO of a family business developing full scale Formula One racing simulators and marketing entertainment and activity centres around the world. Nik and Claire have three children, Ralph, Leon and Portia.
Mark & Lucy Hope
Mark and Lucy have three children, Olivia, Seth and Dulcie and live in Bletchingley near Redhill. Mark is one of the founding members of the church and worked in ‘Marketing’ for a good few years where he met Lucy who works at a local school. Mark has served the church in a variety of capacities over many years and was appointed as an Elder in 2012.
Alisdair & Kath Semple
Al and Kath have been married for 27 years and they have four children – one is at University, another works locally and the other two are still at secondary school. Al has been employed full time by the church since 1997, leading the eldership team for much of that time. Before working for the church, he was a science teacher and spent seven years working for a large pharmaceutical company. Kath also works for the church and is a deacon, responsible for the administration and childrens work. She is a keen walker and triathlele, in the church she seems to be involved in most things. They have been part of the church since it was planted in 1991 and have lived in Redhill since 1995.
